Are you in a hard rock, heavy metal, glam, arena, or hair band with tracks ready for radio? Then your music might be featured on the Indie & Unsigned segment of Hard, Heavy & Hair with Pariah Burke, heard worldwide on FM, AM, and Internet stations.
To be considered for airplay, email the show with the items below. Make sure everything you send is broadcast‑quality and properly tagged so it can be played and credited correctly.
- 1–3 of your best songs or your full release(s) in uncompressed WAV or MP3 320 kbps format, with complete and correct metadata. Please do not send Spotify or YouTube links.
- Your band EPK (Electronic Press Kit) or, at minimum, a short bio, current lineup, hometown,
key links (website and socials), and a promo photo. - Permission — by submitting music to the show, you automatically grant Pariah Burke and The Hard, Heavy & Hair Show permission to play any or all submitted tracks on the air in all countries and territories and to include them in perpetuity in streaming archives/podcasts of any episodes in which they appear.

You may attach tracks directly to the email or include download links from Dropbox, Google Drive, or a similar cloud‑sharing service. Note: please allow up to three weeks for downloads and review; short‑lived links (like free WeTransfer links) may expire before they can be retrieved.
Submitted music is used only by the show’s staff and will never be shared outside the production team.
Submission does not guarantee airplay. All broadcast‑quality songs with accurate metadata are reviewed individually and may or may not be played on The Hard, Heavy & Hair Show. Any track that is played in full will be credited on PariahRocks.com (and elsewhere) in the playlist for that episode.
