What to Send

FM‑ready audio — please send music files directly as WAV, FLAC, or MP3 320 kbps via attachments or download links.
Acceptable sources include promo/distro platforms (Haulix, PlayMPE, AllAccess, etc.) and cloud services like Dropbox, Google Drive, or WeTransfer. No Spotify playlist or YouTube links, please.
- Genres we play — Hard Rock, Heavy Metal, Glam/Hair Metal, Melodic Hard Rock, AOR, NWOCR, Active Rock, Alternative Metal, Post‑Grunge, Sleaze Rock, New Glam Revival, heavy Classic Rock, lighter Industrial Metal, Nu Metal, and Metalcore.
- Clean and explicit versions — The Hard, Heavy & Hair Show airs on FM, AM, and Internet radio, so both radio‑edit/clean and explicit versions are welcome and appreciated (ideally both where available).
- Embargoed tracks — if any track is under embargo, clearly note the do‑not‑air‑before date in the email subject and body and, where possible, in the metadata or one‑sheet, so adds can be scheduled appropriately.
- Metadata — tracks must contain correct basic metadata (Title, Artist). Full metadata — including Album, Release Date, Track Number, Label/Publisher, ISRC, and full credits — is highly appreciated, as it helps on‑air talent provide accurate introductions, back‑sells, and context for your artist’s music.
- EPK or one‑sheet — an optional one‑sheet, EPK PDF or link, or link to the artist’s website is appreciated. If possible, highlight current focus tracks or priority singles.

Radio IDs (appreciated but optional) — a simple script your artists can use:
“This is [name] with [band] and you’re listening to The Hard, Heavy & Hair Show with Pariah Burke [puh‑rye‑uh berk], the ultimate show for true fans of heavy rock.”
Artists are welcome to customize or improvise as long as the show name and host name are included.

Submitted materials are used only by the show’s staff and will never be shared outside the production team.
If you want feedback or airplay confirmation, please specify.
Submission does not guarantee airplay. All broadcast‑quality songs that fit the show’s format are reviewed individually and may or may not be played on The Hard, Heavy & Hair Show. Any track that is played in full will be credited on PariahRocks.com (and elsewhere) in the playlist for that episode.
